# Connect Your AI to Cleve

> Use your Cleve notes with Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes, OpenClaw, Grokbot, Muse, and other AI agents

Connect your AI to Cleve to find, create, and update notes in your workspace. Cleve MCP uses **Streamable HTTP** at:

## Choose Your AI

    1. Open [Cleve in the Claude directory](https://claude.ai/directory/cleve).
    2. Connect Cleve and sign in to your Cleve account when prompted.
    3. Start a conversation and ask Claude to use your Cleve notes.

    1. Open **Settings → Plugins** in ChatGPT.
    2. Choose **Add → Custom MCP**.
    3. Enter **Cleve** as the name.
    4. Select **Streamable HTTP** as the type.
    5. Enter `https://app.cleve.ai/mcp` as the URL.
    6. Save, then sign in to Cleve when prompted.

    For Hermes, OpenClaw, Grokbot, Muse, and other agents, tell your agent:

    Add Cleve MCP using https://app.cleve.ai/mcp.
    ```

    Follow your agent's instructions to connect and sign in to Cleve.

Cleve handles sign-in through OAuth. You don't need a Cleve API key for MCP.

## Try It

Once connected, ask your AI:

Find my notes about the product roadmap and summarize the key themes.

Save a note to Cleve about what I'm working on this week, in a folder that fits it.
```
