## Plans Overview

Cleve offers three paid tiers plus a free plan, all built around an **AI credit system** that lets you use any model you choose.

## How Credits Work

Every AI interaction consumes credits based on the model you pick:

## Upgrading & Downgrading

### Upgrade

1. Go to **Settings → Subscription**
2. Click **Upgrade Plan** and select your plan
3. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing

### Downgrade

1. Go to **Settings → Subscription**
2. Select a lower tier
3. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle — you keep current features until then

All payments processed via **Stripe**:

* Wire Transfer (Enterprise only)

## FAQs

### What happens when I run out of credits?

AI features are paused until your credits reset at the start of the next month. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits immediately.

### Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply instantly. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.

### What happens if I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to the Free plan.

### Do you offer student or nonprofit discounts?
